bummer!
i have been unemployed for 4 days already, and so far i have been enjoying my unemployed days lazing around. (:
bumming around is so fun! totally relaxing as well. went vivo to shop with wong today. although i didnt buy much stuff but i had fun proclaiming to the world that i'm a bummer cuz i'm shopping on a TUESDAY afternoon! hehehe. and its so much better shopping on a weekday afternoon cuz dere's no crowds. and mango was having a sale! it was like one of the more crowded shops in vivo today; guess lots of people really like mango. for me, its ok but some of their stuff are over priced la. i mean for the quality. lol.
but river island has nice wallets! look like a pretty pink seashell. wasn't really tempted to buy it though. and we saw lots of nice sunglasses! hahaha. every shop that we went to that had sunglasses we would PLOP them on our face :D and nonsense wong likes to plop hats on her head. i like to warn her that she is going to get fleas and ticks from trying on all the hats. hai, have to accumulate good karma, must stop saying such mean stuff. hahaha.
liz claiborne has nice wallets and bags! though the clothes are abit mumsy and too mature, i really like this stripey bag they had. thank god it wasn't big enough to hold an A4 file or a laptop or i would really be tempted to get it and justify its price tag with the claim that it's really going to be useful for school. seems like i have been justifying all my purchases and shopping with this excuse. HAHA. and i could see my old shopping pal getting really tempted with buying this wallet + bag + VIP card for only 50 bucks. really good deal la, considering the brand and the card can be used at many other shops as well, including addidas where there would be 10% discount. hahaha. but the wallet is not that nice, so in the end we walked out without buying it. can smell the sense of reluctance on wong's part. lol!
off to read more books! yay. happy that i made it just in time for the library's promo during school hols and borrowed 6 books. :D i'm such a nerd! hahaha.
